🧾 Orders & pricing
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues). If we cancel after collecting payment, we refund in full. Displayed prices are authoritative at checkout — the backend, not the browser, sets the final total. Prices and availability may change without notice.
💳 Payment & delivery
Payment is taken securely through PayPal or Square; you complete payment on their hosted pages. Scooters ship from a US warehouse (2–5 business days); parts ship from the factory (8–12 business days). Orders with both may arrive separately. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate order information.
Warranty, conduct & liability
Warranty: scooters carry the REYWMER manufacturer warranty — 1 year on core components, 90 days on consumables — covering manufacturing defects under normal use. It is non-transferable from date of receipt.
Fair use: use the site only for lawful purchasing. No misuse, interference with security or operation, scraping, impersonation, or infringement.
Liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer-protection rights in your region.
Site content (text, graphics, logos, images, design) is owned by or licensed to Reywmer USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons; continued use after posting accepts the update.
