↩️ Return window & condition
You may request a return within 10 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags, accessories, and packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or provider may need extra time to post the funds. If 15 business days pass since approval, contact us with your order number.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back, with your order number, the item, and the reason. If it arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, include clear photos. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Approved returns go to the address we provide.
Return shipping: you cover it, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered — then we cover reasonable return shipping and make it right with a replacement, refund, or equivalent remedy.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — cancellation can't be guaranteed once an order is processing or shipped. Statutory consumer rights in your region are never limited by this policy.
